Do you need a little rest & relaxation in the serenity of nature? This retreat could be a getaway just for YOU, or invite your friends and family for a weekend renewal. Join me in a beautiful retreat space in Muskoka, Ontario and be immersed in nature within a 20 acre private forest.
Are you ready to reconnect with yourself in mind~body~heart and spirit? Do you want to reset your eating habits and learn about the healing power of food? Have you been wanting to integrate a movement & meditation practice, as well as self-care into your daily life? This retreat gives you time to explore YOU!
All levels of yoga and meditation welcome ~ remember, yoga is a practice! If you are an absolute beginner, you will feel comfortable practicing mindful movements and gentle yoga. Please also note that all activities and practices are completely optional, take a nap or read a book in your cabin, or take a nature walk and ground yourself in the natural beauty of Mother Earth.
Courage My Heart
This is an intimate retreat where you will be deeply held in a sacred circle, where Melissa holds space for you to share your story, reset your eating habits and integrate holistic self-care practices to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Melissa is a student of Ayurveda and Holistic nutrition, and after being a vegetarian since the proud age of 10, is now a vegan. She is looking forward to sharing this Raw Cleanse & Wellbeing Retreat with YOU!

✔ 2 x nights accommodation in a beautiful cabin nestled within a 20 acre forest. Washrooms including toilets, showers & sinks are in the main house / yoga studio.
Cabin Options:
Shared accommodation (up to 4 people sharing a cabin), Semi-private accommodation (up to 2 people sharing a cabin), or Private accommodation (private room all to yourself, 1 king bed).
✔ All raw meals ~ lots of nutritious options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Teas, juices & water, as well as fresh fruit & snacks available throughout.
✔ Morning breathwork, movement (yoga/Pilates), and meditation practices. All levels of yoga and meditation welcome ~ remember, yoga is a practice! If you are an absolute beginner, you will feel comfortable practicing mindful movements and gentle yoga.

Melissa is a meditation & movement teacher and grief educator supporting you to heal your heart and honour your grief with mindfulness and self-compassion practices. She teaches group and private classes, encouraging the mind~body~heart connection with breathwork, meditation-infused movement, and mindfulness.

I will also provide you with a link to the Retreat Info (address/map), and the Retreat Forms & Waivers to be completed, as well as a list of all the things you might want to pack & bring with you. Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of your registration.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance including cancellation and medical insurance to protect your investment.
*For international travel please make sure your passport is up-to-date, you have confirmed visa requirements, and you have booked travel insurance. Please also take any COVID / health requirements into account. For your safety and security, we do request that you email proof of travel insurance and a copy of your passport (international travel only).
CANCELLATION / COVID / TRANSFER POLICY
Our Cancellation / COVID / Transfer Policy is strict and firm. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance including cancellation and medical insurance to protect your investment.

For cancellation requests received with 31 days or more before the Retreat start date, a $500 deposit is non-refundable; the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
There are no cancellations with less than 30 days before the Retreat start date, you will forfeit ALL money rendered – you may transfer your booking to another person at any time.
In the event that travel is restricted or COVID / health requirements restrict running the Retreat in-person, the retreat will move to an online live format.
